MISSION STATEMENT
Bayou Ridge Construction, FLP (family limited partnership), has been in continuous business since 2017. We have built approximately 350 homes in 6 different counties with a price range from $55,000 (in the 80’s) to $600,000 in the early 90’s. We build affordable homes to luxury homes but mostly in the $170,000 to $400,000 range. Our homes are among the most energy-efficient on the market today.
Currently, we have 1 subdivision in progress in Dover plus other custom homes going in various parts of the River Valley. We have completed the Fox Meadows subdivision in Pottsville.
Even our most inexpensive homes in Pottsville ($165,000 to $200,000) have foam insulation, granite countertops, ceramic tile, tray ceilings, and engineered flooring.
Whether you are looking for your first home, maybe your retirement home, maybe a gated home with homeowners association to take care of all the outside lawn and maintenance, we have all of those options available for you today. You may choose all of your colors, flooring, shingles etc. etc., just give us a call and we will be glad to consult with you for your next home.
We can also provide you with contracts for bank or broker financing or possibly offer owner financing if necessary.
